This is Remington. He is almost 5 years old. He is the center of my life! Everything I do now is centered around him and his well being. My life has changed in so many ways since he arrived, and I feel I am a better man because of him. He is adopted. We struggled to have children for two years....fertility treatments, tests, MORE tests, heartbreak, lots of wasted money....and when we finally decided to adopt, GOD literally dropped him down on us from Heaven! From the time we met his birth mom to when we brought him home from the hospital at 4 days old was less than45 days.He is our miracle!
When I can, I'll share some of his escapades here. He is ALL BOY!!! Absolutely fearless, small for his age but rock solid and surprisingly strong! He goes to karate class 3 or more times a week because he loves it so much (hat tip to Kung Fu Panda).
His Mommy is Tina. Tina is a stay at home Mom, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I work like a fiend to make that happen, and it's worth every single 60 hour work week. She owned and operated a very successful hair salon in Upstate New York, and gave it up to be Remington's full time Mommy.
She will tell you it's the best thing she's ever done.
We live in a lovely little ranch style house in a southern suburb of Atlanta. We have a pool and a hot tub and a trampoline and lots of great toys for Remington and his friends to play with. Remington has his own Harley and a biker chick.............
He is beautiful and sweet and tough and gentle and smart and just pure J O Y !!!! Life with Remington is the life I've waited for all my life!
